Heat wave could worsen death toll in seniors’ homes

“I told the Ministry stop with your plans. I heard we have a plan, I don’t want to hear about your plan. I want action now,” says the President of the Quebec Council for the Protection of Patients, as the province gets ready to face summer-like heat with only about a third of seniors’ homes equipped with air conditioning.
