Calls for rape kits in all Canadian hospitals

A Montreal woman alleges she was denied a rape kit exam after being drugged and raped because the hospital didn’t offer that, forcing her to change hospitals. Now she started an online petition calling on the federal government to make all hospitals in Canada administer the kits. Alyssia Rubertucci reports.
