Body found in vehicle at SQ parking lot in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield

A man was found unresponsive in a vehicle Friday afternoon in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield on Montreal’s South Shore.
The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) say that around 1:40 p.m., authorities found a car in the parking lot of one of their police stations on Hébert Street.
After examining the car, officers spotted a man inside. The man was later pronounced dead on scene.
The man has not been identified yet, but one individual has come forward and said they knew the alleged victim.
No cause of death has been determined and the investigation is ongoing.
