Major computer outage hits Montreal-Trudeau Airport

By The Canadian Press

Operations at Montreal-Trudeau Airport were disrupted Saturday morning by major computer outages, causing delays.

In a message posted on social media, Montreal-Trudeau Airport warned that passenger check-in had been affected, and that flight schedules were not up to date on its website.

By 8:45 a.m., systems were gradually restarting and were back up and running, according to an email from the airport.

Passenger check-in was operational again.

The outage was caused by one of the airport’s service providers, the statement said.
