“Artifacts need to be preserved,” said Bryant Chang, an employee of Wing Noodles, about the closure of Quebec's largest Asian noodle and cookie manufacturer rooted in Montreal’s Chinatown for more than 100 years. Gareth Madoc-Jones reports.
