Tornado hits Harrington in Quebec’s Laurentians, no injuries

“The whole thing collapsed on top of us. We could see the trees whizzing past us, like dandelions,” said Doris Girard Legault, who was camping in Harrington, Quebec, when a tornado struck. No injuries were reported. Tina Tenneriello has more.
