Housing crisis hurting vulnerable women
As condo buildings go up everywhere in Montreal and the prices of homes are on the rise, affordable apartments are more dire than eve. Women’s shelters and housing organization are urging the Quebec government to invest in social housing as they say vulnerable women are being hit the hardest. Melina Giubilaro reports.
