Heavy fines for disobeying rules

In his daily briefing on the #COVID19 situation in Quebec, Premier Legault says he’s asked police forces to give fines ranging from $1,000 to $6,000 to anyone not respecting the physical distancing rules put in place to help stop the spread of the virus.
