      Did Quebec forget its seniors?

      Quebec seniors are being hit the hardest by COVID-19 and most of them are dying at long-term care facilities. Although World Health officials have warned seniors to be protected, many question if the Quebec government simply forgot about its most vulnerable. Melina Giubilaro has more.
