Manhunt for Martin Carpentier ends

Authorities believe to have found the body of the Quebec father who went missing July 8 with his two daughters. A resident alerted police to the discovery on Monday in Saint-Apollinaire, the same day Carpentier’s daughters Romy and Norah were laid to rest. Sharon Yonan-Renold reports.
