Beloved performance space ‘Montreal Improv’ closes down

“Do you build up a massive debt or do you face the obvious, which is perhaps it’s best to shut down,” says director of Montreal Improv Kiriakos Vanikiotis. The iconic performance space is shutting down for good, claiming they can’t meet their financial obligations amid the pandemic. Sharon Yonan-Renold has the story.
