Swim clubs want province to lift restrictions, so swimming lessons can resume

Learn-to-swim clubs are petitioning the Quebec government, in an effort to bring back swimming lessons in red zones. They claim the lack of instruction has been a key factor in the higher number of drownings in the province this year. Sharon Yonan-Renold reports.
