$30,000 in damages for racist incidents at McCaig Elementary

The Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board has refused to pay a mother and her two sons damages of $30,000, after the two boys were victims of racist incidents at McCaig Elementary. Quebec’s Human Rights Commission says the board failed to adequately respond to the incidents and prevent further harassment from happening. Sharon Yonan-Renold reports.
