Quebec experts warn of ‘dramatic increase’ in youth vaping

“It doesn’t seem like it’s slowing down,” said Montreal pediatrician at Sainte-Justine hospital, Dr. Nicholas Chadi, of vaping among the youth- noting a ‘dramatic increase’ in e-cigarette use in 15 to 17-year-olds since 2018. Sasha Teman reports.
