Quebec floods: massive sinkhole in Rawdon after heavy rain, flooding

"The water came through the culver, the road gave way," says Raymond Rougeau, mayor of Rawdon, 60 kilometres north of Montreal. Rising waters created a massive sinkhole there, as parts of Quebec deal with major flooding. Alyssia Rubertucci reports.
