Montreal introduces measures to inspect unsanitary rental units

“We're there to support them,” said Valérie Plante, Montreal's mayor, announcing new measures Wednesday aimed at helping vulnerable tenants through the targeted inspection of possible unsanitary and unsafe rental units. Gareth Madoc-Jones reports.
