Montreal SPCA calls for help as moving day approaches

"We have 500 animals right now in foster families and we haven't reached July 1st yet,” says Laurence Massé, Executive Director at Montreal SPCA, as the shelter saw a 21% increase in abandonments compared to last year. Johanie Bouffard reports.
