Phone snatched by employee on delayed VIA Rail train to Quebec City

“He snatched my phone,” said Chip Malt, on vacation from Texas, about an incident on a 10-hour delayed VIA Rail train from Montreal to Quebec City where an employee grabbed his cell phone. Gareth Madoc-Jones reports.
