Montreal to change bylaw to protect music venues from noise complaints

“Evaluate the sound,” said Luc Rabouin, mayor of the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough about monitoring noise complaints from entertainment venues and bars, after the city announced a change to a bylaw to help protect them. Adriana Gentile reports.
