Polar vortex continues to keep Montreal cold

“Haven't seen these temperatures in a while,” said Gina Ressler, a meteorologist for Environment and Climate Change Canada, about the frigid winter weather caused by a polar vortex that continues to hit Montreal and the rest of Quebec.
