Accused in fatal Laval daycare bus crash not criminally responsible

"I feel like there's no justice," says Mélanie Goulet, whose daughter was injured when a Laval city bus crashed into a daycare and killed two children. The accused was found not criminally responsible on Tuesday. Alyssia Rubertucci reports.
