'No more encampments in four years': Ensemble Montréal

"Hopefully have no more encampments," said Ensemble Montréal leader and mayoral candidate Soraya Martinez Ferrada about her party's plans for next four years if elected Nov. 2. This comes amid a National Conference on Ending Homelessness in the city.
