Family of teen killed by police sues Longueuil police, city for $2.2M

"There cannot be another Nooran," said Fahima Rezayi, the mother of the 15-year-old killed by a Longueuil police officer in September. Rezayi's family is launching a lawsuit against police and the city for $2.2 million. Zachary Cheung reports.
