      Montreal police responded to 911 calls Wednesday afternoon after gunshots in St-Michel. They found an injured man on the scene near Shelley Ave. and Cremazie Blvd. around 4:25 p.m. He was declared dead on site. No suspect has been identified so far.

      Montreal police say a man is dead after a possible shooting in Saint-Michel Wednesday afternoon.

      Police say they received a 911 call reporting possible gunshots near Shelley Avenue and Cremazie Boulevard around 4:25 p.m.

      Once on the scene, officers say they found a man’s body. He was declared dead on site.

      The SPVM established a crime scene, and investigators say they are attempting to piece together the event.

      No suspect has been identified so far.
