It happened just before 9 a.m. in front of a residential building on Adam Street, near the intersection of Letourneux.

The worker was collecting the garbage and emptied the bin into a garbage truck when they discovered the remains.
Police were called immediately.
A perimeter was set up in the area and police are investigating, meeting with neighbours Monday.
Sgt. Veronique Comtois says police are still trying to determine the cause of death.
She says they haven’t rule out any possibility, including an accident or criminal act.
