The AfroMonde festival is returning this year.

The festival celebrating all things African and Caribbean is taking place from Thursday to Sunday at the Quai de l’Horloge.

The four-day festival will feature award-winning artists like Artista Rosario, Mikey Dangerous and Wesli.

There will also be dances and percussion workshops.

Organizers say there will be typical food from Cameroon, Nigeria, Congo, Haiti, Jamaica, Guyana and more.

“We are proud to have organized an event showcasing the best of Afro-descendant culture and we are calling on the entire Montreal community to join us in taking part in this 14th edition of the AFROMONDE festival,” said Agnès Mbome, the festival’s executive director.
