Montreal police say a 33-year-old man was stabbed in the upper body in the Plateau-Mont-Royal Saturday night.

Police say they arrived at the scene on Saint-Laurent Boulevard near Rachel Street shortly before 11 p.m.

The man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
