First snow of the season for Montreal, not expected to last

Montrealers woke up to their first snow of the season on Monday, but the forecast for the week is not calling for anymore of it.

The snow is expected to end around noon Monday and the sky will remain cloudy. We should receive a total of about two centimeters and reach a high of plus 5 degrees.

The sky should clear this evening as the temperature drops slightly to 2 degrees.

For Halloween on Tuesday it’ll be sunny, but cooler. We should reach a high of 3 degrees. But it’ll feel like -7 in the morning with the wind chill.
