Eric Church, Sam Hunt headlining Lasso Montreal next summer

Montreal country music fans got a glimpse of what Lasso 2024 will look like.

The country music festival announced Eric Church and Sam Hunt would be headlining the event’s third edition.

Lasso Montreal 2024 takes place Aug. 16-17 at Parc Jean-Drapeau.

The North Carolina-born Church will be performing Sunday, bringing his long country music career – with hits like “Springsteen” and “Hell of a View” – to Parc Jean-Drapeau.

Georgia’s Hunt, who recently released a new single “Came the Closest,” caps off Saturday’s festivities.

Lasso grew substantially from its first to second edition – going from 35,000 to 50,000 fans – showing there’s a real demand for country music in and around Montreal.

This past summer’s headliners were Kane Brown and Chris Stapleton.

Two-day tickets for Lasso Montreal go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.
