Montreal police looking for possible sexual assault victims

By News Staff

Montreal police (SPVM) are looking for any potential victims who may have been sexually assaulted by Vitalie Moraru.

The 50-year-old man was arrested on Oct.15 and was charged with two cases of sexual assault in the Montreal courthouse.

The criminal acts allegedly took place last May and September while he was working as a massage therapist.

Moraru has brown eyes, greying black hair and a grey beard. He also speaks French with an accent.

Anyone who may have been a victim or who knows someone who may have been a victim should contact their local police station or call 911. Citizens can also file an anonymous report at the SPVM’s Info-Crime Montréal line at 514-393-1133 or online.
