Police are seeking public’s help in locating missing 23-year-old from Salaberry-de-Valleyfield

Police are asking for the public’s help to find a 23-year-old from Salaberry-de-Valleyfield who has been missing since Wednesday.

Surete du Quebec say Jessy Proulx-Bélanger was last seen on December 18 at 6 p.m. and could be traveling by bicycle in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.

She is described as five-eleven, 155 pounds and has green eyes and brown hair.

Anyone who sees Jessy Proulx-Bélanger is asked to call 911. Any information that could help locate her can also be shared confidentially to the SQ Criminal Information Center.
