One man stabbed after altercation between friends in Côte-des-Neiges

Montreal police say a fight at a Côte-des-Neiges apartment on Wednesday morning has resulted in two arrests.

Police say one of the men involved – both in their 20s – was taken to hospital after reportedly being stabbed in the leg.

One of the men allegedly tried entering his friend’s apartment on Van Horne Avenue, but the friend did not want to let him in. That’s when the altercation began, police say.

Both are facing charges.
