Montreal police investigating shots fired in Côte-des-Neiges

Montreal police (SPVM) are investigating after gunshots were fired in Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges on Monday night.

The SPVM got a 911 call around 11:15 p.m. about the incident on Coolbrook Avenue near Cochrane Place.

According to police, some gun shells were found on the ground — adding that there were no impacts on vehicles or buildings.

There were no reported victims, and no arrests have been made.

An investigation is ongoing.
