Rained out: Major roadwork cancelled in Montreal for the long weekend

Mother nature is raining over Transport Quebec as the wet weather forecasted for the long weekend is causing major roadwork to be postponed.

Work scheduled on the Metropolitan Expressway (A-40) eastbound and in the Ville-Marie Tunnel (R-136) westbound were originally planned for the upcoming days.

Both of these jobs have been called off due to the rain expected to fall over the city.

When the delayed work will be done is unknown at this time.
