Paving of Route 132 in Boucherville: Work to Continue as of June 15

Quebec’s Transport Ministry is informing road users that paving of Route 132, eastbound, between De Montarville Boulevard and De Montbrun Street in Boucherville, will resume as of June 15.

“The exit and entrance ramps of De Montarville Boulevard will also be paved,” they explained. “This work is the final section of the project and will require overnight closures.”

Traffic Closures and Management

From June 15 to early July, night closures are expected, generally from Sunday to Thursday, between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. the following day. Ramp closures begin one hour earlier.

On Route 132 Eastbound

Complete closures of Route 132 eastbound at night between Exit 18 (De Montarville Blvd.) and De Montbrun Street:

  • Closure of exit ramp 18 (De Montarville Blvd).
  • Closure of the entrance ramp leading from De Montarville Blvd. to Route 132.

Intersection of Route 132 and De Montbrun Street

  • Occasional closure of the left-turn lane leading from Route 132 westbound to De Montbrun Street southbound.
  • Occasional closure of De Montbrun Street southbound between Route 132 westbound and Des Ateliers Street.
  • Local traffic on De Montbrun Street between Des Ateliers Street and De Mortagne Blvd.

Detour routes will be marked with temporary signage.

In the event of adverse weather conditions or operational constraints, these obstructions may be extended, cancelled or postponed to the next day, according to the same time slots.
