August weather off to a great start, sunny skies and mild temperatures

Both the month of August and the weekend are starting off on the right foot, as Montrealers will be treated to a sunny Friday with a comfortable high of 24°C today.

Clear skies for the evening and a low of 14°C.

The final weekend of construction holiday is slated to be a nice one, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.

Saturday’s forecast calling for more sun and a high of 26°C with a humidex of 29. UV index 7 or high. Saturday evening, clear with a low of 18°C.

Sunday, another hot and sunny day in store for us, as temperatures climb to a high of 29°C and then a clear evening with a low of 19°C.

Monday’s forecast calling for more sun to start the next week, with a high of 28°C. Clouds moving in for the evening with a low of 18°C.

Tuesday, sunny skies once again, with a high of 29°C and a low of 15°C.

The long-term forecast for mid-week next week calling for sun and temperatures in the high 20s to be sticking around for a while.
