Showers to sunshine: Montreal’s long weekend weather forecast

Cooler, wet weather is here but skies are expected to clear up in Montreal for the long weekend.
The city woke up to showers early on Friday, that is forecasted to end this morning then mainly cloudy with 40 per cent chance of rain and a high of 18°C.
For tonight, Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) says that it’ll be partly cloudy with a low of 12°C.

As we head into Saturday, the city can expect more cloudy skies and 60 per cent chance of showers. The daytime high for Aug. 30 staying the same as Friday at 18°C, the low at 13°C.
By Sunday, the weather seems like it’ll be taking a turn for the better.

Sunny skies return to Montreal bringing a warmer high of 24°C.
Looking ahead to Monday, it’s Labour Day and the city is expected to have more sunshine and a high of 25°C to begin September.
