New tool provides map of gas prices in real time across Quebec

The Régie Essence Québec has launched a new interactive map which provides Quebecers with gas prices in real time at over 2,500 gas stations across the province.

The goal is to help drivers find the best price as gas prices continue to grow amid the war in Iran.

The tool which has been available since Wednesday morning is similar to Gas Buddy, however that information is provided by users. In this case the information comes from gas stations. They have the obligation to submit the price within five minutes of changing it.

The online tool shows the map of the province, you must zoom in to click each gas station near your location to see the prices in real time.
