Montreal to warm up after chilly start to the week

A cold start to the week in Montreal will gradually give way to milder spring temperatures over the next several days.
Light flurries are expected to end early Monday morning, followed by a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 4 C. Skies will clear overnight, with temperatures dropping to minus–4 C and a wind chill near minus–8 C.
Tuesday will bring mainly sunny skies before clouds move in later in the morning. The high will reach 8 C, though it will feel colder early in the day with a wind chill around minus–6 C. Conditions remain a mix of sun and cloud on Wednesday, with a high of 11 C.
A more significant warm-up arrives Thursday, when temperatures are expected to climb to 17 C under partly sunny skies. Highs will stay in the mid-10s into Friday.
Cloudier conditions return for the weekend, with a 60 per cent chance of showers on Saturday. By Sunday, a mix of sun and cloud is expected, with temperatures holding steady near 15 C.
UV levels are forecast to remain moderate throughout the week.
