Montreal weekend road closures  

Mobility Montréal is advising road users of upcoming closures in the area of the Highway 13 and Highway 520 interchange over the weekend.

These closures are required as part of the reconstruction of the Highway 520 (Côte-de-Liesse) overpass over Highway 13 (Chomedey). The detours will be marked by temporary signage.

Obstructions and traffic
management
Friday 9:30 p.m. to Saturday 3 a.m.
Sunday 9:30 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m.

Closures in the area of the Highway 13 and Highway 520 interchange from May 29 to June 1, 2026 (CNW Group/Ministry of Transportation and Sustainable Mobility)
  • Closure of the A-520 EST between Exit No 4 (A-13 / Laval / Lachine / Montée de Liesse) and the entrance from the A-13 NORTH
    • From Saturday 3 a.m. to Sunday 9:30 p.m., one lane will be open, but episodes of congestion are to be expected.

From Friday 11 p.m. to Sunday 11:59 p.m.

  • Closure of Highway 23e Avenue northbound, between Louis-A. Amos and Côte-de-Liesse Road eastbound.

Saturday 2 a.m. to Sunday 9 p.m.

  • Closure of the ramp from A-13 SOUTH to A-520 EAST.

Saturday 3 a.m. to Sunday 8 p.m.

  • Closure of the service road on Highway 520 (Côte-de-Liesse Road) eastbound, between the entrance to the A-13 SOUTH and the ramp from the A-13 NORTH.
  • Closure of the ramp from A-520 EAST to A-13 NORTH.

PLEASE NOTE: Closure of the pedestrian crossing under Highway 520 in the Highway 13 sector

  • The pedestrian crossing under Highway 520, in the continuity of de la Station Street, will be closed until it is rebuilt. A shuttle service will be offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for pedestrians wishing to cross. The stops will be displayed by temporary signage.
