Pascan flight attendants reach agreement after 11-month strike

After 11 months of striking, Pascan aviation flight attendants have finally reached an agreement to renew their collective agreement – and the strike is suspended.
The Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), affiliated with the FTQ, which represents them, made the announcement on Wednesday.
The indefinite general strike was called on Oct. 28, 2025.
The agreement in principle was reached Tuesday evening for these 19 flight attendants who work for this regional carrier.
The union did not want to reveal the content of the agreement, preferring to keep it first for its members, as is usually the case in such circumstances. They will be called upon to vote on the content of the agreement in principle “in the coming weeks,” CUPE said.
Pascan is based at Montreal-Saint-Hubert Airport, now known as Montreal Metropolitan Airport.
