First Fridays are back at Montreal’s Olympic Park

Summer is around the corner and First Fridays, “Les premiers vendredis,” are back in full force and ready to, once again, take over the Big O’s Esplanade space with their food trucks and restaurants – celebrating 10 years of the event.
Montreal foodies can look forward to a varied culinary program and several new features starting today and every First Friday of the month until October, from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
In addition to the many kiosks and food counters, a brand new concept in 2022: the cultural street, a location that will be reserved for the culinary theme of the month, highlighting Quebec’s different cultural communities.
Mexico is in the spotlight for June 3, with these merchants: Restaurant Ariz5, Mad Mexican, Arriba burrito, Calaveras, Mi Corazon, MASA, Andros El Tacos, Lili and Gordo. With guests of honor: Maria Chavez and Hector Veladiz, owners of Restaurant Maria Bonita, a Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Montreal on St-Laurent for more than 20 years.
Admission is free at the Esplanade of the Olympic Park. Pets are not allowed.
