Reopened: Highway 19 northbound at Henri-Bourassa

Highway 19 northbound at Henri-Bourassa Blvd. was closed to traffic Wednesday morning due to water accumulation on the roadway caused by heavy rainfall.

The entrance to the Papineau bridge was also closed off as workers intervened after a vehicle got stuck in water.

Transport Quebec was asking motorists to avoid the area, but by 9 a.m. everything was reopen.

The Iberville viaduct in Rosemont also needed to be closed after it became flooded.

The Highway 25 ramp to Highway 40 in Anjou was also closed.

Visit Quebec511 to stay on to date on road closures.
