Police have been looking for Boivin since February 23, 2023, and believe he is being accompanied by his girlfriend, 26-year-old Yaulise Lemieux-Bellavance.

While police do not know their whereabouts, it is believed they might be using the names Jacob Tremblay and Mariane Peto.

Sûreté du Québec says that through investigations into the various events, it is believed that Boivin was “heavily involved as a sponsor and leader.”
