Rodriguez suggests his federal colleagues speak more French

Quebec Liberal Party leader Pablo Rodriguez has asked his former colleagues in Ottawa, as well as Prime Minister Mark Carney himself – to speak more French.
On Tuesday, he was asked to comment on revelations in a Radio-Canada report that, out of 59 major speeches, the Prime Minister spoke French less than 20 per cent of the time.
During a press scrum Tuesday morning, Rodriguez said he had passed on the message to Carney to speak more French.
He also said that when he speaks to his federal colleagues, he reminds them that French is important.
