Montreal-area bakery faces complaint from Quebec language watchdog

“Our customer service people are fluently bilingual,” says Anne Fradette-Brunet after her bakery received an anonymous complaint from Quebec’s language watchdog, the OQLF, that staff did not speak or serve a customer in French. Swidda Rassy reports.
