Quebec restaurant & its co-owner each earn Michelin star

"A surprise," says chef Samy Benabed, who became the Michelin Guide Quebec 2026 Young Chef Award winner. The co-owner of Auberge Saint-Mathieu is also celebrating landing a Michelin star this year for the restaurant. Pamela Pagano reports.
