Repair work for Highway 25, Honoré-Mercier bridge this week

More road closures are expected for Montrealers this week, specifically for Highway 25 and the Honoré-Mercier bridge.
Night closures
From Monday to Tuesday and Tuesday to Wednesday, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Highway 25 southbound between exit no. 5 – R-138 / Rue Hochelaga / Rue Sherbrooke and the entrance from Avenue Souligny eastbound will be closed completely.
Thirty minutes before it is closed, the entrances will close.
The Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel towards the South Shore will remain open. Users will be able to access it via the entrance coming from Souligny Avenue heading east.
Boucherville Street
De Boucherville Street northbound and the reserved lane southbound, between Hochelaga and Tellier streets, will be closed completely during the nights of Wednesday to Thursday, Thursday to Friday and Sunday to Monday, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Highway 25 towards Montreal
During the nights of Wednesday to Thursday, Thursday to Friday and Sunday to Monday, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., there will be a complete closure of the entrance from rue Notre-Dame Est.
The entrance from Sherbrooke Street East during the night from Friday to Saturday, from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. will be closed completely.
Honoré-Mercier bridge
From August 23-26, there will be partial closure on the Honoré- Mercier Bridge. Drivers can expect congestion.
As of Friday 11 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m., one lane will be available in each direction on the bridge.
