Suspicious death under investigation in Longueuil

A 56-year-old woman was found dead in a Longueuil apartment Saturday morning.
Longueuil police say they were called to a residence on Quinn St. around 10 a.m., where officers discovered the woman’s body.
The death is being treated as suspicious.
A person who was at the scene has been arrested and will be questioned by investigators.
Members of the SPAL’s investigations division and forensic identification unit have been deployed to examine the scene and determine what happened.
More information is expected as the investigation continues.
