27-year-old man shot dead in Ahuntsic-Cartierville Tuesday

A 27-year-old man was shot and killed in Montreal’s Ahuntsic-Cartierville on Tuesday night.
A 911 call coming in around 8:20 p.m. about a man lying on Parc Avenue, near Legendre Street.
Shortly before this, gunshots were heard in the area.
When emergency services arrived, they tried to resuscitate the man on the scene. He was transported to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Multiple suspects reportedly fled in a vehicle before the police arrived.
No arrests have been made so far.
The man’s death is the 11th homicide on the Montreal police territory this year.
